All our Clients are treated in the strictest confidence.

Alternatively try some of the suggestions below before you contact us.
(NOTE: We always recommend that you seek qualified medical advice prior to undertaking any programme that affects your health or lifestyle.)

1. Keep a food log of everything you eat or drink for two weeks, without changing anything you consume, which includes the following information.

    a. The day
    b. The time
    c. The quantity (In exact words, i.e. 2 tea spoons of sugar)
    d. What it was

You can do this simply by purchasing a small note book and pencil and use a page a day.
It will quickly identify your good and bad habits, including eating too late in the day and going to bed with a full stomach.

2. Every ˝ hour after you get up, for the first 6 hours, drink a minimum of ˝ pint of water. Initially, you will use the toilet more,

but after a while the body will balance out.

3. If you are physically able, go out and walk a minimum of 1˝ miles briskly (3.5 – 4 miles per hour) every day.

4. If you wish to get a better tone include a daily stretch and free standing exercise programme.
